Grapes hand-picked. Cold maceration of the grapes in order to accentuate the extraction of the aromas. Follow pressing and fermentation in stainless-steel vats at low temperature in order to preserve the primary aromas.

The ageing lasts 6 months in stainless-steel vats; the bottling is done one month before the wine is released for consumption
