Vinification

Grapes hand picked. Cold maceration of the grapes in order to accentuate the extraction of the aromas. Follow pressing and fermentation in stainless-steel vats at low temperature in order to preserve the primary aromas.

Ageing

Ageing

The ageing lasts 5 months and is carried out in Tonneaux made of French oak (500 lt) where the malolactic fermentation takes place. The bottling is done one month before the wine is released for consumption.
