Distillation and aging: The fermented pomace of Chianti Classico is distilled with a continuous steam stream, with a traditional copper alembic. Follows aging in oak barrels for a minimum period of 18 months.

Organoleptic examination: Pale straw yellow color.

Ethereal bouquet, with hints of pear, fresh pomace and nutmeg.

Soft and persistent taste, with notes of pear, plum and light oak scents.
